Where magical energy is, Talris follows. Invasive with how investigative and curious he can be, he pairs his mischievous nature with a saccharine sincerity, seeking boundaries and testing them. He mirrors human nature much to his chagrin; Talris despises humans in all forms, and seldom passes up the opportunity to expunge them.

THE FIGURE

At first glance, Talris is strikingly human. Constructed similarly to an artist's mannequin, his body is made from treated bloodwood and steel articulation, brought to life with the intent of servitude.

He is surprisingly dense despite his slender build, and is capable of withstanding blunt force trauma without splitting. Due to the nature of his wooden body, he tends to suffer wear and tear around his arms, chipping and splintering without bindings.

Talris wears a linen blouse in a shade of emerald green, hoisted by a taut leather vest. The typical chestnut trousers he sports reach to his calf, with rigid boots and dark leather gloves completing the ensemble. His forearms are wrapped in gauze, layered tight.

Upon closer inspection, his human facade may be betrayed by other senses; the mannequin smells of dust and sweet tobacco, and he occasionaly creaks outside of maintenance. One might also notice the flaked scar across half of his face, and how it contrasts with his bubbly demeanor.
